K11 Group, a unique concept brand pioneered by cultural entrepreneur Adrian Cheng that combines art and commerce in commercial and residential real estate in Greater China and around the world, today announced its latest development K11 ATELIER King’s Road was granted the Occupation Permit, four weeks ahead of schedule, and the premises will be handed over by the end of 2019. The iconic mixed-use office complex is strategically located at the heart of Island East, Hong Kong SAR, spanning a gross floor area of 440,000-square feet and towering 22 floors.

The project offers over 40 wellness and sustainability features ranging from indoor air and water quality above World Health Organization standards, fitness facilities, healthy dining options, to leisure activities focused on personal growth and mindful living. Tenants at K11 ATELIER can also participate in K11 ATELIER ACADEMY programmes around wellness, culture, creativity, innovation, leadership and team-building activities. Tenants also have the option to sign-up for the “Sustainable Tenancy Pledge” that offers voluntary guidelines on sustainable fitting-out and operation, WELL™ and LEED® interior certification checklists, and smart metering for energy efficiency.
